Indian rice with Golden Milk Chaï

Ingredients
- 2 cups - Basmati rice
- 4 cups - Water
- 2 tbsp. soup - Golden Milk Chaï
- 1 C. tablespoons - Coconut oil
- Pinch - Salt
- 1 cup - Frozen green peas
- 1/2 - Sliced onion
- 1 cup - Cauliflower in small florets
- 1 C. tablespoons - Coconut oil
- 1 cup - Roasted cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup - Chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 slices - Grilled Haloumi cheese (optional)
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons - Greek yogurt (optional)
Preparation
- In a pot, combine the rice, water, Chaï Lait Doré, coconut oil and salt. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, sauté the onion in coconut oil for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower, cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the green peas, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the preparation to the cooked rice.
- Serve the rice and garnish with cashews and fresh cilantro. Add the grilled Haloumi cheese and Greek yogurt (optional).
