Blueberry Smoothie

Complete a full recharge with maca and cocoa as well as extracts of chaga, reishi and lion's mane which is a champion in supporting the brain.

Blueberries contain a lot of pectin which is great for the digestive system and detoxification.

Note: After a few minutes without movement, the smoothie may take on a pudding consistency, you can eat it as is or remix to make it smooth again!

  • 1 cup - milk of your choice
  • 1 cups - fresh or frozen blueberries
  • to taste - lemon juice (optional)
  • to taste - maple syrup (optional)
